10 Ways To Maximize Your Next Walt Disney World Vacation

Thinking about visiting the most magical place on Earth?  There are so many things to research and consider!  Your time is valuable, as is your money - make sure you're getting the very best possible experience!

10 Ways To Maximize Your Next Walt Disney World Vacation

1. My travel agent services are completely FREE to use!

That’s right!  Commission is built into every vacation package, so it’s basically a service you are paying for whether you use it or not. The price of booking with me is exactly the same as booking directly with Disney.

2. Assistance choosing the right Walt Disney World Resort for you.

There are more than 25 on-property resorts to choose from.  We'll work together to compare price, location and so many other factors to find the perfect fit for you!

3. Value Maximization

We all want to get the most bang for our buck and maximize our vacation time with our families. Using money-saving tips and tricks and professional, certified Disney knowledge, we'll be sure to get the most value out of your hard-earned dollars.

4. Payment Scheduling

There's only a $200 deposit to book your reservation, and final payment is due 30 days before your arrival for vacation packages. Between now and then, we can set up a payment plan that works for you and your family.

5. Price monitoring

If an applicable discount is released between your deposit and final payment, I will automatically monitor that and apply it on your behalf.

6. Custom Itinerary Planning

I can help you create a custom itinerary based on your family’s interests and projected crowds to maximize your vacation. From choosing the best days to visit the various parks to selecting from 250+ dining locations, I'll take all your preferences into consideration to build your dream vacation.

7. Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPass Booking

Disney’s Advanced Dining Reservations open for booking exactly 180 days before your arrival at 6 am on the dot, while the FastPasses (the passes for shorter queues for three rides you select in advance) open 60 days out for on-property guests at 7 am.  Having dining reservations is an absolute must at Walt Disney World - walk-ins are seldom accepted and usually have a very long wait time.  Booking them in advance gives you a designated meal time and access to the more desirable restaurants and character dining options.  Having a FastPass to the high-demand rides and attractions can make all the difference, sometimes saving you hours of waiting time.  Believe me - it’s a mad dash to get the top picks!  Not a huge fan of waking up super early to rush and book them?  Sleep in, I’ll do it for you!

8. Special Accommodations

Does someone in your family have medical restrictions, dietary needs or other concerns to take into consideration? Trying to manage a multi-family trip with many opinions and different needs? Let me do the research and work for you to make your trip as seamless as possible.

9. Direct liaison for any questions and concerns

Have questions about your reservation? No calling the busy call center for you - I'm your personal Google service! Ride height restrictions, how to maximize your dining credits, the best places to catch the parade - save time and have all of your questions answered easily - even while you’re in the parks!

10. My services extend far beyond Walt Disney World

I specialize in everything Disney - Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, Aulani and Adventures by Disney - but I can also assist with other cruise lines, all-inclusives and so much more. And yes, my services are free for all of them!

BONUS! Is there anything better than Mamas supporting other Mamas? By booking with a small business travel agent, you are directly supporting a fellow Mama's business who is invested in making YOUR family's trip amazing.

Vacation planning shouldn’t be stressful, and there's nothing more valuable than family memories - contact me today to start planning your next family getaway!
