Refund policy
RETURNS
- An item(s) is only eligible for return within 10 days of shipping confirmation email.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, free of damage, and odor.
- Item(s) must not be worn, used or tampered with, and must be mailed back in a poly mailer package or secure box.
- If item(s) are in less than perfect condition, item(s) will not be refunded or restocked. However, if desired, the customer is eligible to pay shipping fees to have the item returned to their mailing address.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with shop credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Once return is received and inspected, customer will receive and email that return has been processed and the method of payment has been refunded or shop credit issued, whichever customer selected when initiating the return.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS
- Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of shipping notification.
- Once tracking shows customer's package has been delivered, Tulips & Twirls Boutique is not responsible for theft/damage.
- If customer's address is entered incorrectly, Tulips & Twirls Boutique is not responsible for replacing/refunding items if the package is not returned to sender (Tulips & Twirls Boutique) or to customer.
Tulips & Twirls is unable to cancel or change orders once they have been submitted, but customers are eligible to return and/or repurchase items.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- To initiate a return please email: help@shoptulipsandtwirls.com with order number and whether or not customer would prefer a return or an exchange.

- Please be sure to include a note in return/exchange package with customer name, order number, contact information, and if requesting an exchange the exchange information.
NO EXCHANGE WITHOUT RETURN IS OFFERED
If you would like to change sizes, styles, etc please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired items.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED UNDELIVERABLE FEE COURIER CHARGES TO TULIPS & TWIRLS
- If customer chooses not to have order re-delivered, Tulips & Twirls Boutique can refund customer the cost of the item, but the original shipping cost and undeliverable charge(s) from the courier will be deducted from refund.
- If customer would like the order redelivered, customer will be charged new shipping fee(s).
